who work together to strategically manage and lease buildings. A
single point of contact (team leader) assists the client in navigating
the vast resources that we offer.
The team is structured around
a broker who serves as the team leader and single point of contact
for the client, responsible for coordinating with the market broker
and manager, in addition to integrating the other team members to
insure that the appropriate strategy is developed and implemented.
Working with the client, the
team leader develops a STRATEGIC ASSET PLAN for the building or
portfolio. The plan details strategies to attract, retain, and meet
the needs of tenants; and is supported by timely, accurate, and
high-quality reports (from occupancy details, to office market intelligence,
to high-end financial analysis and projections).
